Here's that potato recipe I was talkin about. My sister found it and got us all instantly hooked! These things are soooooooooo good and everytime it's made, it seems we never make enough, no matter how many times we double it. LOL 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 6-8 small ones) 2 teaspoons Cilantro Leaves 1 teaspoon ground Mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground Black Pepper 3/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (or in bag-- not dried container kind) 1 cup heavy cream (non-sugared whipping cream will work too) 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Layer half of the potatoes in a buttered, 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole. 2. Combine cilantro, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle half of spice mixture over potatoes. Layer remaining potatoes on top. Sprinkle remaining spice mixture over all. Top with cheese. Slowly pour cream over potatoes. 3. Bake 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are soft and top is golden brown. Makes about 6--2/3 cup servings, but like I said earlier, good luck with that one.

The cheese isn't the star in this dish oddly enough. They're really creamy though (from the heavy cream of course!) and Nakita, don't worry about not liking mustard. You can't even taste it, I promise. I think it's just to give it a slight tang. I didn't even know it had mustard until my sister told me.
