Ohmigosh, talk about memories with this recipe. First had it when I came to visit my grandparents in Iowa (before we moved here). It's AWESOME! We still manage to make it every Thanksgiving. 1 large package of Red Raspberry Jello 16 oz can of blueberries (with syrup) 1 c. hot water 1 small can of crushed pineapple (don't drain) 1 cup whipped cream (you can def add more later if you like) Dissolve the package of jello in the hot water. Add the blueberries and pineapple (juice and all) to the mixture. Stir til mixed. Set in the fridge to chill until almost set (about 2-3 hours). Add whipped cream and stir. Enjoi! You can also add 1/2 cup of chopped pecans if you like. I tend to like it w/out nuts. This stuff is super sweet for you cavity-lovers out there. haha!

lol-- all of you are gah gah for jello and what's weird is, I'm not. It's really good though, I think cause it's got lots of whipped cream-yum!
